My name is Tania. I've been working as a chef since 2007.

The Goal

Most culinary jobs will require lunch and dinner specials, and soup du'jour, and inspiration doesn't strike every day. The goal is to make an easy to navigate, fast to load, simple blog full of recipes and ideas. No ads, no annoying social media buttons all over the place. I'll also be posting tips that I've learned throughout the years, both for culinary skills and leadership skills.
