Pizza Dough

Ingredients

5 1/2 cups AP flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/3 cup 110 degree water
1 packet yeast
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
pinch sugar

Directions

1. Mix 5 cups flour with 2 tsp salt.
2. Mix 1/3 cup water with 1 packet yeast and sugar. After a few minutes, add the rest of the water and olive oil.
3. Add flour to mix, little by little, and knead until smooth. 
4. Let rest an hour and a half, greased with olive oil in a bowl.
5. Assemble pizza.

Cook at 440 degrees for 7 minutes, turn and cook until done.

Yield: 2 pizzas
