Lentil Soup

Ingredients

1 bag lentils
2 onions
2 Tbsp olive oil
5 tomatoes
1 bag spinach
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp granulated garlic
2 cups ditalini
salt, pepper


Directions

1. In a large pot, boil bag of lentils with 3 qts water for half an hour.
2. In a frying pan, saute onions in olive oil. Add spices and seasonings. Add diced tomatoes.
3. Add spiced onion-tomato mix to boiled lentils. When lentils have reached desired doneness, add ditalini and spinach and boil for 10 minutes.
